Hacienda Elviria Pool Rules

Welcome to Hacienda Elviria.

We would like to inform that with Community living it is necessary to show consideration to each other and by observing a few basic rules, a friendly environment is easily maintained to the benefit of all.

IN THE POOL AREA:

1.- Inflatables and balls are not allowed.
2.- No glass containers of any description — only plastic allowed.
3.- No food — it attracts insects and vermin.
4.- Shower before swimming-on each occasion.
5.- Shouting is amplified over water, so please ensure that you are not unreasonably noisy.
6.- Swimming is not allowed outside of the hours shown on the pool board.
7.- Reservation of sunbeds with towels is not allowed.
8.- Children under the age of 11 must pe supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. An adult is a person aged 16 year or over.
9.- All pool regulations are the law in Spain and are clearly indicated on the notice boards in the pool areas.

IN YOUR APARTMENTS :

1.- Because of the poor sound insulation, please remember that hard soled shoes and the sliding of furniture on the floors can be heard above and below you. This also applies to loud music and banging doors.
2.- Towels and clothes are not allowed to hang over the terrace balconies.
3.- Household rubbish should be placed in the correct bins outside the complex not in the litter bins.
4.- Do not climb over fences and cross lawns in front of garden floor apartments.
5.- The playing of ball games in the gardens, terraces and garages is not allowed.
6.- All fire fighting equipment has been provided by law and for our safety they are not chidren´s playthings.
7.- The lifts are not provided for the carrying of building materials that may cause damage. Owner must supervise contractors that they employ.
